She has been creating motion graphics and digital illustrations for a wide range of clients for over five years now. She is passionate about design, animation and illustration and she often experiments with new styles and techniques in her spare time. She enjoys the challenge of taking a complex subject and breaking it down into visuals that are easily comprehended, creative, conceptual, memorable and impactful. Suzanne is originally from Los Angeles where she currently resides. She has left Los Angeles for extended periods of time for various life adventures in San Diego, CA, Atlanta and Savannah, GA, New York City and Bordeaux, France. Before delving into the world of illustration and motion graphics,&nbsp; Suzanne worked for several years in the field of architecture. It was not long before she was lured by the creativity, collaborative process and problem-solving nature of the motion graphics industry and made the switch over to the dark side for a little more fun. Suzanne has been known to work in a variety of media, both analog and digital including, but not limited to, graphite, pen &amp; ink, acrylic paint, watercolor, florist wire, paper-craft, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and Cinema 4D. These stories, which aired on the grio tv in June 2023, were designed to celebrate Juneteenth, our nation’s newest national holiday. I was supplied with a color palette and a couple style references.&nbsp; Client: the grio-tv Studio: Postscript Studios Creative Director: Stephen Interrante Role: Design and&nbsp;illustration of styleframes and assets for three separate 15 second motion graphics pieces highlighting the achievements of Corretta Scott King, Cassius Clay and Garrett Morgan. The three pieces are part of a larger set of 40 stories designed for broadcast television. I designed and illustrated styleframes and characters, cars, environments and transitions. GE asked LOGAN to design and animate a two minute explainer video about the energy company’s research and development of carbon capture (CC).&nbsp; Carbon capture is the process of capturing carbon dioxide before it enters the atmosphere, transporting it, and storing it for centuries underground as a means to help in the fight against global warming. Wade (Illustration Series) The day I woke up and found out I had less rights than cattle and guns, I was devastated. I remean in mourning until women in this country are treated as equals. I remember my mother telling me how much her generation fought to be treated as equals in the workplace and how it came down to having the right to make decisions about their own bodies. I know this is a very touchy subject, but it is one I care an awful lot about. I hope to participate in a future where women are not held back from reaching their true potential just because they are physically able to give birth.
